The Soup to Nuts Horsemanship Clinic was held April 21, 2007.

- 9:00 - Registration: Coffee, Hot Chocolate and Donuts available.
- 9:30 - Yoga for the Equestrian: basic stretching and balancing exercises for the rider.
- 10:00 - Basic Veterinary Care for the Horse Owner - vaccinations, general care, common lameness problems, pre-purchase exams, and when to call the vet.
- 11:00 - Understanding the Body Language of the Horse: What does it mean when he looks at you that way? Or when he swishes his tail like that?
- 11:45 - Lunch Break - Hot dishes, salads, and drinks were provided.
- 12:30 - Lunging and Longlining demonstrations: Description of the benefits of both.
- 1:15 - Showing 101: Basic outline of proper show ring turn-out for you and your horse, along with show ring etiquette. Clothing demos for various disciplines.
- 2:00 - Riding Demonstrations of several styles of riding, to include Hunt Seat, Saddle Seat, Western Pleasure, Show Hack, and Dressage.
- 3:30 - Question and Answer Period
- 4:00 - Trivia Quiz on what we have covered during the day.
- 4:30 - End of Day!
